• Nguyen Van Minh is not only an outstanding expert in the field of veterinary husbandry but also an educator, consultant, and leader with a strategic vision. With over 20 years in the industry, he has significantly contributed to the development of modern livestock systems, not only in Vietnam but also in many countries such as Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Angola.
• Originally a lecturer in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the Vietnam National University of Agriculture for nearly a decade of teaching and research, Mr. Minh has imparted knowledge, nurtured passion, and guided many generations of veterinary professionals. Not stopping at the lecture hall, he continued to apply his practical experience to consulting and technical training for veterinary husbandry companies, playing an important role in improving the quality of livestock farming in Vietnam and the region.
• As a technical expert for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) from 2022 to 2025, he participated in impactful projects aimed at the sustainable development of the industry. He is also the founder of the VMClub Veterinary Specialty Club and the Swine Veterinary Club – professional platforms for enthusiasts, connecting and sharing knowledge within the veterinary community.
• Particularly, with a dedication to training high-quality human resources, he founded Vet24h Academy – a leading technical consulting and training unit, helping to enhance skills and update advanced technology for professionals in the industry.
• Currently, as Deputy General Director of BaF Vietnam Agriculture JSC, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh continues to lead the company to achieve breakthroughs. BaF Vietnam aims to supply 10 million commercial pigs to the market by 2030, affirming its strong position in the domestic livestock industry.
• Not just an expert, he is also a great source of inspiration for the younger generation through training programs, workshops, and valuable sharing on social media. With dedication, continuous innovation, and a strategic vision, Nguyen Van Minh has been and continues to make significant contributions to the development of Vietnam's veterinary husbandry industry, creating a solid foundation for the future.
